Refreshments and networking provided

Our industry can be a tough place.

In the media, marketing, and creative worlds, we are 20% more likely to experience signs of depression than the general public.

While we might know about the challenges, it’s hard to make change if we don’t know what drives good mental health in our industry.

It’s why the Mentally Healthy survey was created —to find answers that guide positive change in our community.

The survey’s 100% run by volunteers and is supported by the folks at UnLtd, Never Not Creative and Energx.

2022 saw the 3rd Mentally Healthy survey go out and the results are in. We will take you through these insights and facilitate a discussion about how we can better navigate mental health challenges.

It will be a panel discussion led by Andy Wright, an industry titan who holds titles like Co-chair of Mentally Healthy Change Group, Creator of Never Not Creative, and Managing Director of Streamtime.

Joining Andy as guest panellists are creative industry members Tanya Sim and Martin Wilson, who will each add their specific perspectives on mental health to the discussion.

So you’ll be in great company.

Join us by delving deeper and being part of this amazing movement of talented change makers.

Come for a drink and a nibble plus some networking with industry colleagues at 3.30pm, before the panel session kicks off at 4pm.
